Pumpkin-Maple Scones















Tried out another recipe today from Carole Kicinski's "Simply... Gluten-free Desserts": Pumpkin Maple Scones. It was also the first time I used my new food processor (see above), which ROCKS! The scent of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves infused my kitchen. The glaze is made with real maple syrup, and anyone who knows me know that if it's maple or caramel, I'm in! The recipe was based on Kicinski's trademark sweet rice flour blend. (see Recipe tab) Easy to make, yummy to eat!
